Officer stopped a juvenile driver near 300th and Highway 17 after witnessing the vehicle traveling at 83 in a 45 zone near the Evangelical Free Church. Officer cited the young man for speeding and issued warnings for excessive speed in the 35 MPH and 55 MPH zones.
