Your gift of money is always welcome at the Library. We have various programs to suit your giving needs. A gift to the library is a nice way to commemorate a person, a birthday or other special event.
Specific recommendations from the donor are honored as far as the suggestions enhance subject areas of need within the collection and are in accordance with the Material Selection Plan.
You may make out the check to The Madrid Public Library and either bring it in person or mail it to: Madrid Public Library, 100 W. 3rd. St., Madrid, IA 50156 Attn. Director.

There are a variety of ways volunteers contribute to the Library. Volunteers help with Book Sales, special events, searching microfilm for genealogy as needed, and possibly assist new learners with computer technology.
Any responsible person over the age of 16 may volunteer.
