New no book fine policy begins January 1, 2019

No book fines FAQ’s

Water Salesmen Closed for Season

Due to the draining of the Madrid water tower, the water salesmen has been closed for the season effective Monday, September 11, 2017.

Water Tower Painting Begins

The water tower repair and painting began Tuesday, September 5 and is expected to last until late October or early November. Work will be completed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and some construction noise is expected. Please be sure to avoid the work site and vicinity near the water tower.

To avoid paint splatter, the water tower will be enclosed with scaffolding and a cover. The company, Classic Protective Coatings, has years of experience so the process is will be completed professionally and efficiently. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Open Burn from Sept. 6 to Nov. 12

Burning is allowed during daylight hours in Madrid from September 16 until November 12, 2017.
